Prices are displayed and charged in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, brokerage fees and other charges may be added where required.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and shipping information. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, payment issues or misuse of the website.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are governed by our Subscription Policy and the specific billing, renewal, minimum-commitment, shipping and cancellation terms displayed at checkout.
By purchasing the Limited-Time Founding 3-Month Subscription, you authorize recurring charges until it is cancelled in accordance with its terms.
Cancelling the Founding Subscription does not cancel or refund an order that has already been billed, processed or shipped.
6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Orders are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. OYVA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your customer account and one-time login codes.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
